Doubletree By Hilton San Jose Hotel

Stunningly beautiful and pleasant hotel located in a nice enough area close to Santa Clara as well as the airport. The rooms with a shared balcony and continental breakfast and 2 queen beds, welcoming and hospitable staff from the housekeeping to management. Sushi and steaks at the downstairs bar.

I was offered a room with magnificent views of the mountains.

The room was impressive, it had good wi-fi.

The hotel and even the most basic rooms were beautiful. The price I found them for on Booked.net allowed even someone of my budget to afford a room. Plus, all of the rooms offered attached balconies, which is so appreciated for a smoker, like me .

I found it rather unfair that hotel parking wasn't validated for its guests.

The strong smell of smoke in the non-smoking room and the outdated fixtures made for an uncomfortable stay. The quick response to our shower issue was appreciated.

Great location. Next to the Freeway and a short walk to the local trolley stop - only ten minutes to downtown. Massive, well- equipped room.

$18 per day charge for car parking - which I was not told about until check-out. $12.95 per day for wi-fi as well. This is meant to be an upscale hotel and 'hidden' charges like this are really not on. Need to review why these services are free at less prestigious venues.

Staying here was a mixed bag. The spacious rooms felt a bit outdated, but the free shuttle to the airport was a lifesaver!

worst service ever, arrogant and incompetent staff, poor communication, outdated building, loud music deep into the night. overall bad experience...

Pool area looks nice and the workout room has actually great machines I really liked the restaurant it's classy and quiet perfect for unwinding after a long day

But let me tell you it wasn't cheap but you expect more for what you pay

$19 to park & soap left in the shower with hair on it! Also no free wifi for hotel guests, that should be standard,

The room was great and affordable. And it was right next to the airport which was the main reason for my trip

I did NOT like having to pay for parking. I believe that should be free for staying at this hotel.

Comfortable beds made for a restful stay, but cleanliness was disappointing.
